Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Consellations. It's part of our Terms of service.

Don't use the Service to

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
• Record or transcribe people without the notice or consent the law requires.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest contact data in violation of laws or third-party terms.
• Store or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence.
• Store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records or other highly sensitive data in note or field content, unless your agreement with us allows it.
• Make decisions about eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance based solely on automated AI output.

Don't misuse the platform

• Probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities, except under our disclosure process.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits or usage limits, or access another customer's data.
• Upload malware, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense or frame the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service, or its AI outputs, to build a competing product.

Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, with notice where reasonable. Report abuse to security@consellations.com.
